Drilling operations commenced today on the Duson #1 in Wharton County, TX. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 11,500' to test the Upper Meek and Lower Meek Sand Formations.

EnerMax announced today that the A.C. Ranch #1R is officially online and hooked up to sales.

The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in January and February 2006. The well was successful in penetrating the Austin Chalk formation. The well is currently awaiting hookup while the surface pad and production facilities are completed.

The subject well was drilled and logged in February 2006. The well was unsuccessful in finding hydrocarbons of commercial quantitiy. Consequentially, the well was plugged and abandoned in accordance with TRRC instructions.

The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in February 2006. The well was successful in penetrating three Frio Sand formations and one Miocene Sand Formation. The well is currently awaiting hookup while the surface pad and production facilities are completed.
