09 - 08 - 2005 | Drilling Operations Commence on the Old School Yegua

Drilling operations commenced today on the Old School Yegua (Oldham Little Church #1) in Lavaca County, TX. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 6,800' to test several Yegua, Frio and Miocene formations.

09 - 06 - 2005 | EnerMax announces the completion of the SR #1.

The subject well was drilled and logged in September 2005. The well was unsuccessful in finding hydrocarbons of commercial quantitiy. Consequentially, the well was plugged and abandoned in accordance with TRRC instructions.

09 - 05 - 2005 | EnerMax announces the completion of the Old School Frio

The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in September 2005. The well was succesful in penetrating an 8'-12' Miocene sand and an 8', 5' and 6' Frio sand. The well is currently awaiting hookup while the surface pad and production facilities are completed.

Drilling operations commenced today on the Old School Frio (Oldham Little Church #2) in Lavaca County, TX. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 4,500' to test the Frio and Miocene formations.

08 - 23 - 2005 | EnerMax announces the completion of the Smith Mopac #2

The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in August 2005. The well was successful in penetrating two 20' sections of the Frio formation that appear to be clean, well developed sands with good porosity. The well is currently awaiting hookup while the surface pad and production facilities are completed.

Drilling operations commenced today on the Smith Mopac No. 2 in Harris County, TX. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 5,050' to test multiple Frio sands.

08 - 11 - 2005 | Drilling Operations Commence on the Prospect 87

Drilling operations commenced today on Prospect 87 in LaForche Parish, LA. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 11,000' to test the Tex W and Big Hum sands.

EnerMax announced today that the Estes #2 is officially online and hooked up to sales.

06 - 17 - 2005 | EnerMax announces the completion of the S.E. Rayne No. 1

EnerMax announces that after careful consideration, the decision has been made to abandon the attempt to re-enter the Clement #2. The well will be plugged and abandoned in accordance with LDC instructions.

06 - 08 - 2005 | Re-Entry Operations Commence on the S.E. Rayne No. 1

Re-Entry operations commenced today on the S.E. Rayne No. 1 in Lafayette Parish, LA. The well will be re-entered to a vertical depth of 11,200’ to test the Camerina “A” and “B” formations.

05 - 11 - 2005 | EnerMax announces flow test results for Simar No. 1

The Simar No. 1 was flow tested today at rates of over 1,500 MCFGPD.

04 - 21 - 2005 | EnerMax announces the completion of the Simar No. 1

The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in April 2005. The well was successful in penetrating the Nonion Struma sand. The well is currently awaiting hookup while the surface pad and production facilities are completed.

The subject well was drilled and logged in March 2005. The well was unsuccessful in finding hydrocarbons of commercial quantitiy. Consequentially, the well was plugged and abandoned in accordance with TRRC instructions.

Drilling operations commenced today on the North Drum #1 in Brazoria County, TX. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 7,400' to test several Green Marker, 1st & 2nd Amphistegina, Robulus and Siph Davisiformations.
