03 - 27 - 2005 | EnerMax announces the completion of the North Drum #1
The subject well was drilled and logged in March 2005. The well was unsuccessful in finding hydrocarbons of commercial quantitiy. Consequentially, the well was plugged and abandoned in accordance with TRRC instructions.
03 - 14 - 2005 | Drilling Operations Commence on the North Drum #1
Drilling operations commenced today on the North Drum #1 in Brazoria County, TX. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 7,400' to test several Green Marker, 1st & 2nd Amphistegina, Robulus and Siph Davisiformations.

EnerMax announced today that the Land Company No. 1 is officially online and hooked up to sales.
01 - 27 - 2005 | EnerMax announces the completion of the Bivens No. 1
The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in January 2005. The well was successful in penetrating 7’ of the Wilcox formation, 12’ of the Cockfield Mystic sand, 4’ of the Cockfield Singer sand and 3’ of the Yegua sand. Estimated reserves in this well are 750,000 Barrels of Oil. The well is currently awaiting hookup while the surface pad and production facilities are completed.

The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in January 2005. The well was successful in penetrating 25’ of the Frio formation. The well is currently awaiting hookup while the surface pad and production facilities are completed.
01 - 20 - 2005 | EnerMax acquires 3-D Seismic Licenses
EnerMax is proud to announce the acquisition of 3-D Seismic Licenses to over 56 individual surveys that cover an area measured at over 1,978 square miles (1,265,920 acres). EnerMax is acquiring the data as part of its aggressive efforts to identify and develop prospects along the Gulf Coast. The surveys are in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi and will involve both deep and shallow prospects. EnerMax has now acquired and owns licenses to over 2,000 square mile (1,280,000 acres) of seismic data and is amassing an inventory of high quality prospects for future development. The company is moving into an expanded exploration effort for 2005 and 2006.
01 - 19 - 2005 | Drilling operations commenced today on the Clark No. 1 in Jackson County, TX. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 4,500’ to test the Frio formation.
The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in January 2005. The well was unsuccessful in finding hydrocarbons in the Paluxy formation. However, the well did find potential gas pay in the Buda formation, but due to the cost of completing this formation (including gas transmission lines) the well was plugged and abandoned in accordance with TRRC instructions.

EnerMax announced today that the Jensen No. 1 is officially online and hooked up to sales.

Drilling operations commenced today on the Bivens No. 1 in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 9,600’ to test the Wilcox and Cockfield formations.

Drilling operations commenced today on the Land Company No. 1 in Madison County, TX. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 9,600’ with a 5,000’ horizontal leg to test the Buda formation.
11 - 16 - 2004 | EnerMax announces the completion of the Jensen No. 1
The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in November 2004. The well was successful in penetrating 25’ of the Frio formation. The well is currently awaiting hookup while the surface pad and production facilities are completed.

Drilling operations commenced today on the Jensen No. 1 in Lavaca County, TX. The well will be drilled to a total depth of 4,500’ to test the Frio formation.
10 - 26 - 2004 | EnerMax announces the completion of the Land Company No. 1
The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in December 2004. The well was successful in penetrating numerous zones in the Buda formation. During the drilling phase, the well generated a steady stream of oil and a 10-14’ gas flare. The well is currently awaiting hookup while the surface pad and production facilities are completed.

Drilling operations commenced today on the Cassidy No. 1 in Smith County, TX. The well will be drilled to a vertical depth of 7,600’ to test the Paluxy formation.
10 - 09 - 2004 | EnerMax announces the completion of the Mount Morgan No. 1
The subject well was drilled and logged in October 2004. The well was unsuccessful in finding hydrocarbons and was consequentially plugged and abandoned in accordance with TRRC instructions.
09 - 29 - 2004 | EnerMax announces the completion of the Estes No. 3
The subject well was drilled, logged and cased in September 2004. The well was successful in penetrating 250’ of the Barnett Shale formation. The well is currently awaiting hookup while the surface pad and production facilities are completed.
09 - 14 - 2004 | Drilling Operations Commence on the Mount Morgan No. 1
Drilling operations commenced today on the Mount Morgan No. 1 in Galevston County, TX. The well will be drilled to a total depth of 10,850’ to test the Heterostegina Limestone, Miocene, Amphistegina and Siph Davisi formations.

Drilling operations commenced today on the Estes No. 3 in Tarrant County, TX. The well will be drilled to a total depth of 6,600’ to test the Barnett Shale formation.
