President-Bret Boteler
Bret Boteler, founder and President of EnerMax, Inc., has a diverse background in oil & gas exploration and development as well as other business activities. Mr. Boteler graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a BBA in Management. While there he participated in a Cooperative Education Program with General Dynamics, a major defense contractor based in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating, Bret worked there for five years as a purchaser of high performance electronics for the F-16 Fighter. From 1991 to 1995, he worked for a local oil and gas firm that was involved in drilling vertical, horizontal and offshore wells. From 1996 to 1998, Bret served as Vice President of Client Relations for TBX Resources, a publicly traded oil and gas company specializing in production acquisition. In 1999, he founded Ghivit.com, Inc., a Dallas based company specializing in prepaid fuel and gift cards. In 2003, Ghivit.com was sold to a prominent Chicago-based company that dominates the prepaid fuel card industry. In 2001, Bret founded EnerMax, Inc. to capitalize on the growing demand for natural resources. Since then, he has been responsible for directing the company to develop two proprietary filtering processes which locate major oil deposits which were previously undetected by older technologies.
Chief Operating Officer-Steve Rackley

Steve Rackley is Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Rackley graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.B.A. in Marketing. As the founder of the Center for Organizational Development, a management consulting firm, Mr. Rackley worked with organizations to transform them into high performance work cultures that achieve outstanding and sustainable results. As a result, he developed a specialty in leadership development, strategic analysis, team development, strengthening interpersonal relationships and improving communication. In addition, Mr. Rackley brings to the organization over 20 years of professional experience in sales, sales management and administration. He spent 12 years in the corporate trade show environment where he traveled throughout four continents helping large and small organizations achieve their marketing goals. His primary responsibility with EnerMax is to work closely with the president to lead and direct the functional activities of the company.
Vice President-Jerry Lee
Jerry P. Lee is Vice-President of EnerMax, Inc. Mr. Lee graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a BBA in Business Management. His business background includes successful ownerships of an Insurance Agency, Business Brokerage and an Electronic Transfer company. Jerry has been involved in the oil and gas industry as an investor since 1983. In August of 2001, he assumed the role of Vice-President to assist EnerMax with their internal operations.
Director of Accounting and Revenue Distributions-Deanne Brown
Deanne Brown is Director of Revenue Distributions for EnerMax, Inc. Deanne has over 19 years experience in various professional climates and is responsible for day-to-day fiscal operations such as banking, bookkeeping and revenue disbursements.
Director of Administration-Penny Cleghorn
Penny Cleghorn is Director of Administration. Penny has an extensive background in office administration. She is responsible for vendor relationships, coordinating interdepartmental processes and procedures, and managing the distribution of all materials to Partners.
Administrative Assistant - Tamika Rhea
Tamika Rhea is Administrative Assistant for EnerMax. After working for several years for Wackenhut Corporation in her native Ohio, where she advanced through three different levels of increasing responsibility within the company, Tamika decided to move south for warmer climate and to help care for her parents in their retirement. She is responsible for distribution of many of the communications that are sent to Partners as well as maintaining the EnerMax print facility.
